Over to the right there you will see a bunch of pictures.  Click on the top one and it will take you to a series of pics from the last week or so.  Included there are some post-race images from Hospital Hill Run in Kansas City (see a nice race  recap here) and my third (now annual) Lincoln All-Comers meet.  This edition featured the Doughnut 2k, maybe the truest test of grit and perseverance in Nebraska. . . With fantastic weather for a race featuring doughnuts, times were improved from last year. Results are below.

2013 Doughnut 2k Results

1.  Jared Carlson 8:33 (2 time champion) Ran 6:18 for a mile including eating.

2.  Zachary Turner 10:23 -first timer earning a podium finish, not bad

3.  Ben Cohoon 10:35 Over a 1 minute PR

4.  Atem Lueth 12:22 Not sure if his 800m training this Spring helped him at all

5.  John Krajewski 15:04  First masters and he crushed his son.

6.  Trevor Kopf 15:16 Had dinner beforehand, still manned up

7. JP Murray 16:08 Three year veteran of the race, still hasn’t figure it out

8. Nick Stanley 18:17 we are hoping he can run a 5k at this pace or faster this fall
