Lincoln All Comers Track Meets

Thursday, June 30th at Lincoln North Star High School Track

Cost is FREE

Runners of all ages and abilities (seriously, the more people there are the better) are welcome. Use it for youth track practice, a change/addition to your training, a low-key way to get on the track, just to run something different, PREP FOR LINCOLN MILE OR CORNHUSKER STATE GAMES.

Events (in order)
6:30 pm-Full Mile
6:50- 400m
7:00- Predict a Mile
7:15- 200
7:25- 800
7:35-100
7:45- 3000m, if you choose to go 5000 that is cool also
