SIMPLE SOLE: It starts with one step.  Running is not complicated. All you really need is a pair of shoes. It can be done solo or in the company of others.  There is no limit to how, when, where, how far, running is pure.  That is why I love it and that is what I want to share on SimpleSole.

FOR RECOVERY AND INSPIRATION.  My hope is that readers of this site range from very beginning runners to top level runners.  The audience includes runners, period.  Regardless of ability, motivation, reason, size, shape, whatever, I want people to enjoy this site.  Before or after your run, I hope this site encourages you to run and spread the good word of running.  There is no agenda here other than promoting running, good living, and taking care of our world and people.
